PLANNED GIVING & GIFT AID DONATIONS

Offertory Envelopes for the new year beginning 6th April will be available for collection in the Social Area of both Churches from the weekend of 10th/11th March.

If you are a tax payer and have not signed a Gift Aid Declaration and would like to increase parish income at no extra cost to yourself please contact the Parish Gift Aid Organiser

Gift Aid donors must be taxpayers, who pay an amount of income tax or capital gains tax equal to the tax reclaimed by the Diocese on their donations in any one tax year.

Donors should notify us of any change of address.

We would also like to point out to parishioners that tax reclaimed by the parish on special collections taken for third parties is retained by the parish and not passed onto the third party. If parishioners wish their tax to benefit a specific diocesan fund, please contact the Diocesan Gift Aid Office on 01524 596056. If a donor would like the tax to go to a different registered charity e.g CAFOD, then the donor should make a separate Gift Aid arrangement with that charity.

Should you require any further information or clarification on the Gift Aid Scheme, please do not hesitate to contact either of us.

Many thanks for your help and assistance.
